Description of typical
4 bedroom villa
Comfortable, convenient and affordable, located just minutes
from Disney World, our luxury designer fully furnished villas
feature 4 bedrooms, a sleep sofa and two full bathrooms.
Spacious and inviting, up to 10 people can sleep in comfort and
build memories that will last a lifetime in the world’s number one
vacation spot.
Helping to create a memorable vacation is not only our job –
it’s our passion. We pay special attention to every detail of
our villas to get you off to a great start. You can play,
visit or shop to your heart’s content and when you are ready, your
villa is waiting to welcome you home.
Or you might choose
to unwind on your private fully screened patio drenched in Florida
sunshine or take a refreshing dip in your own sparkling pool. In the
cool magic of the sub tropical night, dine or enjoy a well deserved
drink by the pool. No cramped hotel room for you. You
can come and go as you please. Eat what you want when you want
it.
We
select and equip our villas with you and your vacation in
mind. Consider the appointments: on one side of the villa
there is a master suite with a queen size bed, TV with cable, a huge
walk-in closet and full bath with walk-in shower. On the other
side is the other full bath and three bedrooms one with a full size
(double) bed and the other two with two twin beds each.
A large living
room and an over-sized kitchen separate the two sets of bedrooms:
the cathedral ceiling gives these rooms a light, airy and spacious
feel. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, pantry and
a dining room nook with a large table comfortably seating six.
Equipped with a full size stove, microwave, dishwasher and double
sink with garbage disposal, the kitchen also has a full-size
refrigerator with freezer and an automatic icemaker. Small
appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender are provided
as are place settings for 10 people and an ample supply of cooking
utensils. The living room has wall to wall carpet, larg e TV with cable, ceiling fan, ample seating and two sliding
glass doors leading to the screened patio and private pool.
Each villa has a
double garage and a full-size washer and dryer. Each
villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a security alarm
for your added safety. Each villa has a phone with unlimited
free local calls and our friendly front desk staff are always at
your service 24/7.
We know you will be
tired when you arrive so one of our helpful and attentive staff will
greet you and show you to your villa that will be carefully prepared
for your arrival. Beds are made up and ample spare bed linen
is provided. Bathrooms are stocked with a plentiful supply of
towels.
A welcome
package of milk, juice, soda, water and an assortment of teas
and coffees awaits you. If you have requested the start-up
food package it will also be waiting for you.
Don’t want to spend time shopping
for groceries?
No problem, we can deliver groceries once twice or as often
as you would like. Would you like to add daily
maid service or just once or twice during your stay?
No problem!
This is your vacation, just tell us what you would like.
We take care of all the arrangements ahead of time so you
do not have to waste a minute of your precious vacation.
