The villa was exactly as pictured on the web site. We came in October and the pool heat was awesome! The place is so well furnished that it includes floats for the pool! The place is truly lovely, a real bargain and in a perfect location - 4 miles to the parks on I-4 a short and sweet drive.

Villa exceeded our expectations, very clean, towels soft and large, welcome pack is appreciated. The Colby’s were very helpful in getting us settled in. One learns that in the Disney area, thinks are measured in how long it takes to get there and not in miles. House is located in quiet neighborhood about 10 to 15 minutes from Disney.

This was our first time renting online and staying in a villa. We were nervous but in the end loved every minute of our stay. Our place was clean, close to all the attractions and was our “oasis” at the end of a long day. I would recommend it to anyone. We hope to be back.
