Points to remember:
· County law limits overnighting in villas to 2 x the number of bedrooms +2 regardless of age
· 4 bedroom villas are the most common and easiest to cluster
· 6 bedroom villas are much less common and proportionally more expensive than 4 bedroom villas, and
· More space is always easier to live with than less: especially if the group runs from seniors to infants
