Book
early. We almost always offer discount for booking early.
Only $250.00 is required to make this booking and the average savings
is about $100. Remember we have the best cancellation
policy in the business.
Very hot tip: There is another very big advantage
to booking early:
FREE spa [hot tub] up grades!
If they are available, early bookings are offered an upgrade to a
villa that has a private pool AND spa. That's worth over $180.00
per week - depending on the season.

Book
early and pay the entire balance. From time to time we launch
"sales" offering discounts for early payment. When you make
your reservation offer to make full payment. Average savings $80.

Check
out the sales. Once or twice a year we put a big block for
villa rentals on sale. This often occurs when a new block on villas
comes on line and we are eager to have them earn their keep. We often
link these sales to a sweepstakes and or a charity fundraiser. Check
the box to the right for any current sale.

Bargains.
Check out the bargains. Because we rent from any-day-to-any-day we
occasionally have scheduling "holes". So we put them on
sale.

Become
an Affiliate. Our affiliates earn cash and free trips for
uniting Guests and our villas. We spend large sums on Google and Overture
advertising [maybe that's how you found us] but would rather pay our
affiliates, Google and Yahoo! will not mind.

Now we rented a whole house with our own
private heated swimming pool and a car for less than a hotel.
